Cancellation & Refund Policy
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The Services which we provide,we believe are of the highest standards. Our refund policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy and transparent procedure for it. However we wish, you do not need to use the policy as far as possible, but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to cancel the service.
Under this policy:
a) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and we have filed your application or paid the fees to government for your work.
In case of any cancellation by the user within 12 hours of the payment, all the money paid by the customer would be initiated for refund without any question asked. But if the customer would take more than 12 hours to initiate the cancellation request, the customer needs to bear a charge of INR. 500 towards cancellation charges.
b) Refunds are typically the result of an incomplete service, accounting error, or other issues relating to the service.
No refund request is entertained for the service that has been provided by M/s Marcas (Regd.) for which, the Registrar of Patents and Trademark and/or any other government authority or any third party raises any objection, opposition or error in these following cases:
1. Name, provided by the Client, not approved by the government.
2. Document is incorrect.
3. Any other incorrect or wrong information provided by the client.
4. Any other mistake which may be attributable to clients and/or its employees, agents etc.
c) In case, if the user has paid for any single service and/or transaction more than once, then, the amount so extra received by Marcas shall be refunded to the said user within twenty one (21) days of such erroneous transaction through the same channel from which Marcas received such payment.

M/s Marcas (Regd.) processes all written requests for refunds, cancellations. M/s Marcas (Regd.) will review the entire contents of the client's physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within twenty one (21) days, our company will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information including but not limited to proof of payments, bank transaction ID, etc. or granting the request. The decision as to the refunds remains completely within the discretion of M/s Marcas (Regd.)
